Transport and Storage

1. To avoid the ceramic ball's leakage and loss due to excessive friction and press during transport.

2. Try not to be mix loaded with other goods, if so, the pressure over maximum compressive strength is forbidden and the adequate quarantine measures should be made.

3. Keep it in cool and dry place, rain or exposure is forbidden.

Precautions:

PREPARATION

Clear all the debris of the tower first, and then draw the horizontal line on the inner wall of tower according to the layer heights of ceramic ball and catalyst, as marks of pavement height. Check ceramic balls of different particle diameters carefully and store respectively according to the particle diameters marked on the package for pavement.

Pavement

When paving the bottom layer, be careful not to destroy other system in the tower. The ceramic ball should be hanged in the tower and then pave; when it comes to the upper horizontal line of the layer, spread evenly using spade, pavement staff should stand or walk on plank instead of supporting material. As few as operation staff works in the tower in case of the removal of ceramic ball layer. When the lower layer finished, pave the upper one with catalyst or ceramic ball. The thickness of each layer of ceramic ball should be accurate and even, the height should be matched with pavement horizontal line when shaving the surface with spade or scraper.
