Due to the over-proof exhaust emission of hydrogen sulfide of the coal methanol project of the New Hope Group Wansheng Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., we built a new set of iron oxide dry process desulfurization system for exhaust in 2012, where the single tower loading amount is 80 m3, the imported sulfur content is roughly 800 ppm and the exit hydrogen sulfide is below 10 ppm, conforming to the national exhaust emission standard. Operating time is more than 5 years and has been well received by the owners.
